POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key member of the Turnover Team for the [Location] Project, the Turnover Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating documents through a number of processes for the Turnover Team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsibilities include the coordination, filing, and distribution of Turnover documents through pre-defined processes. Documents include, but are not limited to: Redline Drawings, P&IDs, Walk Down Folders/Test Packages, and QA/AC Documents.
- Maintaining a numbering matrix for the Turnover Team..
- Compare, scan, record and input pertinent information and/or drawings into [Company] File Folders – Coded systems.
- Prepares reports including the researching, compiling, and summarizing of data.
- Organizes and sets priorities for assignments and takes initiative to follow through on pending items.
- Researches questions and problems regarding policies and procedures.
- May be responsible for representing and acting on behalf of user groups to develop, enhance and deliver records/data management systems and tools which may include: policies, procedures, working instructions for records, data and digital information, media conversion, automated electronic and document management systems guidelines (Records Tech).
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Significant experience (5 to 7 years) in increasingly complex administrative
- Familiarity with computer databases and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Proven communication and organizational skills.
- A team player who is flexible to meet the needs of the project requirements and interfaces.
- Analytically inclined to detail and accuracy
- Professionally disciplined work ethics
- Previous related experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position is based at our [Location] in-situ operation, which is a remote site located 2 hours NE of Fort McMurray
- Air transportation from [Location] Site to Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatoon is provided
- Work Schedule is 10 days on and 4 days off
- Accommodation is based in a camp environment
