Operations Manager
Our Client, a heavy industrial contractor providing top construction services to the Power, Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Renewable Energy, Water and Wastewater Industries, has an opening for a Heavy Industrial Operations Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the operations of multiple assigned projects to ensure the Company's awards, profits and revenue goals are met.
- Overall management for safety performance, quality, client satisfaction, profitability and personnel management.
- Participate in pre-award functions as required including project targeting, estimate and proposal development and review.
- Execution of projects from start to finish, providing support to the members of the team with contracts, project costs, scheduling etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years experience in industrial construction is a must.
- At least 6-10 years as a Construction Manager or Project Engineer/Coordinator in the field.
- The ability to lead, manage and supervise a team is essential.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary will be based on experience along with a competitive benefits package.
