Operator Trainer
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:
Our successful candidate will be responsible for training the hands on operation and maintenance of our wet and or dry vacuum units, pumping tools, high pressure and specialty equipment. You will work on site at various locations as well as at our [Company] office and shop.
Your duties will also include the training of :
- Operation and maintenance of our wet and or dry vacuum units, high pressure and other specialty pumps and tools
- Acting as a liaison with clients to ensure that equipment is set up according to company policies and procedures
- Reviewing job requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure they are enforced on the job site
- Ensuring that all equipment and material are returned to the proper areas in the unit and or truck daily
Required Minimum Qualification:
- Experience with industrial cleaning applications that includes vacuum truck and high pressure water blasting operations
- Must posses a class 1 or 3 license
- Overtime and flexibility in shifts are required, (based on site needs for rotations and occasional night shifts)
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience with the use of hand tools
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-motivated
- Comfortable with confined spaces and heights
- Heavy lifting required
- Pre-employment drug & alcohol test is required
