Project Controls Lead
Roevin is currently accepting resumes for this brand new role for a PROJECT CONTROLS LEAD with our client in Edmonton, Alberta.
To qualify for this role you will be a seasoned Project Controls specialist with proven experience as a lead PC or worked as a senior PC with responsibilities to train and coach others in the same role with lesser experience. You bring with you 10+ years experience working in project controls. You strengths will be: planning, estimating, cost estimating, scheduling for larger construction projects with a value up to and including $50M+. Your portfolio will show projects that vary, such as SAGD, Mining, open pit, Up and Downstream projects, tank farms, etc.
Most important: you bring along with your experience in the construction industry your proven track record working on maintenance projects and the maintenance industry.
Not only will you be an expert within the project controls world you will have excellent skills from the field. Your management skills are crucial but your ability to work with the field workers, engineer, and superintendants are even more important.
Your excellent communication skills will be a huge asset when working with the management team with your valued input. You will be very knowledgeable with numerous different computer applications (Primavera, timberline, MS Projects) even CMMS systems are a definite asset.
The home location for this role is in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a full time permanent role and hence we are looking for candidates who have previously demonstrated longer tenures with employers.
