Application Specialist

Reporting to the IT Manager, this position is responsible to provide and implement an IT training strategy, including development of all training manuals and materials. In addition, the incumbent will design and write reports using Crystal Report Writer and provide help desk support for all internal applications. The ideal candidate shall have post-secondary education in Computer Technology/Sciences, experience with ERP systems and experience in conducting adult computer application training. Must have a strong understanding of databases and MS office. Report writing experience and knowledge of Crystal Report Writer is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills are required. Analytical and troubleshooting skills as well as a technical aptitude with the ability to be patient with new learners will allow the candidate to be successful in this role
