Instrumentation Technician, Industrial
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend
Salary: To be negotiated
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta (3 vacancies)
Skill Requirements:
- Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
- Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Industrial Instrument Mechanic Trade Certification, Certified Technician (C.Tech.)
- Experience: No experience
- Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
- Type of Service and Repair: Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic sequential control systems, Electronic process instrumentation, Primary control element and sensors maintenance and application, Distributed control systems (DCS), Temperature, pressure, flow and level instruments
- Type of Instrument Experience: Pneumatic, Electronic
- Type of Industry Experience: Refineries and gas plants
- Specific Skills: Inspect and test operation of instruments and systems, Calibrate components and instruments
- Additional Skills: Logical approach for troubleshooting
- Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking
