Skill Requirements:
  • Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
  • Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
  • Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Word processing software, Database software, Inventory control software, Monitoring and tracking software, Internet browser
  • Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan, organize and direct administrative services (signage, building and grounds maintenance, parking, etc.), Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical and other systems, Oversee analysis of data and information, Plan and manage budgets, Establish safety and security procedures, Enforce facility policies, Train staff, Arrange training for staff, Conduct performance reviews
  • Ability to Supervise: 16 - 20 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
  • Work Location Information: Staff accommodation provided, Relocation costs covered by employer
