Recruitment Representative

Shell Canada is currently seeking a Recruitment Representative for our Ft. McMurray location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for working with the business and line HR to assess the business resourcing needs for Albian Sands Energy. Accountable for utilizing a strategic approach to working with the hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates to meet the resourcing needs.
  • Manage the recruitment process to deliver the best candidate for the positions (source, pre-screen, interview, selection, offer)
  • Strategize with and provide advice to the business on approaches to deliver the recruitment targets
  • Train and educate hiring managers on the recruitment process
  • Tracking progress on attraction and recruitment, identifying gaps and recommending/participating in bridging these gaps
  • Ongoing communication and relationship building with internal business focal points
  • Manage the recruitment process through our applicant tracking system (Job Street), provide status and reporting on activities
  • Participate in public external recruitment events to represent Albian within the industry to attract and recruit talent
 
Requirements:
  • Proven recruitment experience – prescreening, interviewing, assessment and negotiations
  • Experience building internal relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Strong influencing/negotiation skills
  • Displays excellent personal effectiveness
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working under pressure with competing priorities
