Heavy Oil Production Process Design Engineers
We are currently recruiting for SENIOR AND LEAD PROCESS ENGINEERS.
Heavy Oil Production Process design engineer having experience in SAGD related to unit operations such as Heavy Oil gathering & well pads, Oil Separation & Treating, Deoiling, Produced Water Treating, Utilities and Offsites such as flare, storage and fuel supply systems, etc.
Responsibilities
- Experience in process design and engineering involving simulations, heat & mass balances, calculations, equipment sizing, writing process descriptions, start-up & operating guides/manuals
- PFD and P&ID development (system eng), SAFE Charts, process control description reports required to generate cause & effect diagrams, generation of line (designation table) lists, conducting HAZOPS and resolution of HAZOP issues
Qualifications
- B.Sc Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and eligible for registration for Provincial Professional engineering association
- 6 - 10 years experience for Senior position
- 11 - 15 years experience for Lead position
Pay rates will be based on experience and current market standards.
