Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Process inspection reports.
- Quote IREPs (inspection repairs) in a timely manner. Follow up on all quotations.
- Quote parts, hoists and components, light crane systems such as jibs, gantrys, work station cranes, below the hook, Gorbel.
- Maintain an inspection log showing, as a minimum, customer name, number of cranes on contract, monetary value, inspection frequency and renewal month.
- Coordinate upcoming inspections with Branch Manager or Service Supervisor.
- Follow up and quote contract renewals.
- Open Sales Orders and Work Orders.
- Order parts.
- Arrange rental equipment.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving. Open P.O.s and receive.
- Maintain the stock of shop supplies and inventory.
- Deal with vendors and supplier to negotiate price and delivery.
- Fill in for the Service Supervisor during their absence.
- Assist with maintaining crane manuals and records in an accessible and organized manner.
- Assist Service Supervisor as required.
- Other duties as required and/or as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated success record in related industrial sales.
- 2-5 years experience plus recognized sales training.
- Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Superior organizational aptitude, including sales process.
- Literacy with PC applications.
- Demonstrated success in working as a team member.
